I didn't find a thread in The 3rd Gen forums about this.

Looking for good ideas on what to include in an emergency tool box and where to store it. What are your suggestions???

Thanks andyr562 for the thread. Yes I did see that thread but didn't read all of it.

i keep a tool roll with common hand-tools in it - screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc. i also have a small 3/8 drive metric socket set. both of these fit in the cargo compartments under the rear seats (i have an access cab.) i keep a fire extinguisher in the cab at all times, along with some water in bottles, a few granola bars, and a first-aid kit in a plastic milk-crate that sits on the rear passenger jump seat. there's also a 9-mm pistol and 50 rounds in there as well (i guess that qualifies as an emergency tool.)
