Emissions question - evap pump

    Evap solenoid opens periodically and draws a vacuum on the cahrcoal canister. charcoal canister collects gasoline vapors from within the fuel tank. gasoline vapors are considered volatile organic compounds (VOC) and cannot be emitted to the atmosphere. must be incinerated. they enter the cylinder and are combusted and become exhaust.

    Getting EVAP codes P043F, P2419, P043E, P2402, P2401
    Have a small leak out of the Leak Detection Valve on the image below when under pressure. Does anyone know how this part works and if sealing it could cause any problems?
