I saw that truck a few months ago for sale and they wanted over $41,000 for it originally

 

Also governments are trying hard to phase out internal combustion anything...specifically trucks no matter what size and what manufacturer...tesla and the other traitors can keep their electric junk.

 

I’ve been charging dealers $80 to make me an offer on my truck. So far I’ve made $320 and have accepted no offers so far!

Is the Tesla so advanced that it can be offended by a difference in opinion?

The Tesla like most EVs need more mirco chips to function. I can't see how EVs can help the current chip shortage.

Every week another pointless "OMG THERE ARE NO TACOMAS THEY ARE WORTH 50K WITH 200K MILES" thread. Getting old. Prices are going to stabilize sooner than later. The pool of impatient people with too much money is shrinking daily.

 

Don't forget the "my local dealer is offering for this price threads, how did you get it for MSRP?"

There is literally a Toyota dealer every 20-30 miles on each coast, shop around, be a little open minded to options and fly in or travel to pick up.

 

That or wait 2-3 months... It WILL be better, no this won't last forever, because money for now is no longer printed at this rapid pace. Toyota very publicly stated that they reduced production by 40% in september. So obviously that will impact tail end of sep+early October. They still sold MORE tacomas this year vs the last and on track to sell as many as they did in 2019 before covid hit.

This isn't a life or death sitch. A smart consumer would wait it out...

Toyota of Easley, SC literally had about 12 vehicles on the lot. Right next door was their used lot. Empty, zero, zilch.
