    Most aftermarket skids are like that, the TRD doesn't go back as far to cover diff oil pan etc, and also on the wide part there is no support so it would just bend into your bumper anyway

    They have been tested, tested, and tested some more! The diff skids have been our best selling product since we introduced them this year and there are already several hundred being "tested" around the country as we speak! FYI our price is KILLER on these as is and can't be beat by anyone in the business. Grab one while you can because there is a good chance price will have to go up a bit in the near future!

    Every single one of our products are fully bolt on, no drill installation, even the rock sliders.

    Oh and to whoever mentioned that they had not heard of RCI... We have been around for over 4 years and making Tacoma parts since 2012. We've sold many thousand Toyota skid plates and have gone over the Tacoma products top to bottom to guarantee they are not only the best skid plates and sliders on the market, but at the best price as well.

    Oh and as a side note... we will be one of the first to have these parts for the 2016 truck, and hopefully we should even have a set installed on a truck at SEMA this year!

    Hopefully I ordered the right skid! I changed my muffler but otherwise have stock exhaust. Ordered the skid that said it was for stock exhaust.
