Hey Siri, google the C02 PPM in the atmosphere during the Carboniferous period. "In the Early Carboniferous, global atmospheric carbon dioxide levels were around 1,500 parts per million" (current C02 PPM is 420)

Hey Siri, google the average global temperature during the Carboniferous period. Average global temperatures in the Early Carboniferous Period were approximately 20 °C (68 °F). The Middle Carboniferous reduced average global temperatures to about 12 °C (54 °F).

Hey Siri, google Milankovitch cycles. Milankovitch cycles describe the collective effects of changes in the Earth's movements on its climate over thousands of years.

    Huh....

    Yep.

I have a friend down in Florida that runs a 1500 MW coal power block and the EPA told them that it needs to be shut down by 2030. FPL told them they would shut it down in 2035. The EPA then came with a counter offer of 2030. FP&L told them 2035 or the following month. They are shutting down in 2035.

Just popped in to tell everyone that ICEs will never go away..ever.

There's no shortage of oil in the world and mass adoption of 100% EVs cannot be sustained on any electric grid on the globe anywhere. There's more oil than lithium on this planet.

Plus the only ones able to afford EVs and their lack of long term reliability are rich boomers.

Well that's your opinion but it's very uninformed and shortsighted.

If you can afford a newer Tacoma you can afford an EV. Maybe not an EV truck now but the time will come that more basic EV trucks are available.

Probably buy 3 Chevy Bolts for the price of the most expensive Tacoma.

Right, but saying you can by the limited range bargain version compared to the top trim Tacoma doesn't help anyone. There are several ICE subcompact cars (an equal comparison to the Bolt) that will have better range and are $10,000+ less. If you are going to compare you have to at least compare stuff that is remotely relatable.
