Did you at least get an order confirmation email? Mine came a few hours after i ordered

Waiting for an update from vendor myself. Regarding shipping and current orders placed

 

I've been charged on my CC, but zero contact or confirmation for the order also.

 

I called Metal Tech 4x4 just now, pressed "1" to talk to sales and a nice lady answered. Gave her my info and was put on hold for a minute, got back to me saying that I need to talk to 'John' and he's out to lunch. Supposed to call me back when he returns.

I did receive order confirmation via email a few hours after ordering yesterday, but I'm trying to verify when it will be shipped. I'll let you guys know what I hear back.

He still hasnt called me back either and its been a few hours. Tried calling now and no answer. If anyone gets through and gets some solid info please post.

 

I got the call back from him. Was told they're waiting for the group buy to end next week so they can tally up the units that need to be ordered from SPC. He did mention they should arrive at their warehouse by the 21st of the month and will go out to all participants as quickly as they can fulfill orders.

Nothing fishy. I was told that their computer usually sends out emails to confirm a transaction has taken place, but in my case it did not, as he did check. He manually sent it out to me just now. This may happen to many of you who did not get a confirmation also. If you call and make him aware of this, he will send it out to you manually.

It's just a matter of being patient now and waiting for the GB to finalize.

 

I just talked to John, he was really cool. He told me that they are ordering the UCA's after the group buy closes, that's how they're able to save money on them and able to give us our discount. He predicts they'll receive their order by the 21st-28th and our orders will ship out then.

 

Since it won't help them to get here any faster I'll be ordering mine at the end of the week

Ugh I really need these to ship lol, my stock upper ball joints are close to shot. Bushings are torn and filled with dirt. Can't wait to get these LR ones on
