Has anyone used this gear oil in their Tacomas differentials or transfer case, im thinking of using it to replace the Redline 75w85 ive used in the past and go with a 75w90 instead. from what little that ive researched on it, its a GTL -Gas to Liquid base type oil which is the same same process used for Pennzoil Platinum motor oil and some Shell products. Also I can get it at a good price on AMAZON for about $11.20 per quart which is reasonable price.

ive used Severe gear in my previous 1st GEN once, I just don't like the having to order pay shipping, tax with the AMSOIL products although I like them. with this ENEOS I can get a 6 pack quarts on AMAZON shipped free to do my whole truck for $67.20 Im looking for some input from others who may have used their gear oil, lots of people are using the motor oils, not too many reviews on anyone using it in the Diffs. but many Rice rocket drivers are using it as a manual trans oil even with the GL5 grade and really like it.

The specs are good with a high VI index of 193. Although the viscosity at high and low te mps is along the lines of redline 75w85 only slightly thicker which is good.
