So, has anyone installed the Energy Suspension master urethane bushing kit for an '02 TRD?

Looking for some input on what to expect time wise and unforeseen issue wise. Also, about to do a 5100 upgrade front and rear as well. Should I do everything at once or is there an order to do them, bushings, then struts?
