what are you guys talking about 50-65mph through whoops????!!!!

My front and rear end is built and im only topping out at 45mph through medium sized whoops. Around 30-40mph is usually where i stay at and I can get a good rhythm.

Ive had guys with midtravel suspension beat me in whoop sections but their truck was all over the place, one wrong move and theyre rolling. If your rearend is up in the air and your skid is bashing the dirt I dont think youre doing it right. The susp should stay planted. You can beat me in the whoop section and cut me off, but I guarantee youll be on a AAA flatbed by the end of the day.

I do admit I pussyfoot a little, but I really want to see these whoops where you guys are flying 60mph through. The average speed a race truck see's in Barstow is 40mph.

Spending hours on the internet and taking advice from people who don't know much better than you isn't going to help you make very good decisions.

Without revealing too much, I know I've spent some time at the actual shops in question here. I've done business with a couple as well, in person. What I saw and learned from this isn't shocking shit, once you start being honest with yourself... And I will say that with one particular company(the one that I am most familiar with ironically), I'd rather stay stock than put their LT on my truck.

You should really do your own footwork and make the decision for yourself. You'll do a little bit of driving, but I guarantee you will have completely different experiences at each one. Also, educate yourself on the components of an LT kit and the tell tale signs of quality craftsmanship or the lack thereof.

/\ the last 2 post are the truth /\

Only thing I can add to that is you can't bolt on a well handling fast truck...

This one's pretty sound advice as well, although the sequence is highly unlikely on 99% of average Joe builds.

Is the tw discount for the tc kit any cheaper than the engage kit?

im not talking baja whoops, im talking bigger than the normal whoop you would see on a typical desert run.

the ones that are spread out are the ones that scare me

yes! finally i do something right:D

    matt, take note:)

idk i go 60 through woops alot, with a 4 banger.....

but your right on the breaking stuff and AAA part. but i like to drive hard, not pussy foot... its not fun for me.

P.S. my truck has only broke on my once while out in the desert, and it was just my fuel pump fell off the thing that holds it haha

which shop? PM me if need be.... thanks

    :D

    ...too much shit to list.
    Matt said Camburg.

Call DSM and talk to Marco.
They don't have it listed on their website but I'm pretty sure they'll dropship anything TC offers.

I got my TC shackles from them and the shipped price +CA tax was lower than anybody else's price.

No research needed. Run it and take a video. Take the shocks and the video to a good shock guy.... $100 and 2 days later you will have a 100% improvement. Then fine tune grime there
