There is always 2 sides to the story. We don't know what really happened and I'm sure Engage will come online and speak up to defend themselves.

Ive had the kit on my truck over a year now and pre-ran the Baja 1000 this year with the new 4wd axles and have not encounter such problems other than bending both driver and passenger side alignment tabs back from hitting huge rocks going 30 mph+.

Plus with LT we all need to check our trucks before and after each run for any wear and tear and not wait for any major damage to occur.

    That CV looks tasty! :)

The only sign of any potential crack is this one... I will be keeping an eye on it! :)

I would agree with vitang. Need to get the whole story and actually look and inspect the damage. Seems like 2nd gen LCA pivots need some gusseting. Engage is a pretty stand up company so I am sure you can work something out. At least there wasn't catastrophic damage like the other taco that rolled and you are safe.

A friendly service announcement: Tighten your bolts and check your undercarriage guys!

I don't care how hard you "beat" on your truck, A long travel kit should not split open the bushing sleeve. Let's be real, neither of these trucks saw race conditions, maybe a few hard hits but not enough to justify this problem. Engage needs to take care of this plain and simple

True, Engage will probably say something but it will be hard to get 2 sides of story at such a distance.

Also, I don't think gusseting LCA pivot points/mounts would have helped at all in this situation, as it is the bushing sleeve that tore apart, don't get me wrong it should be done, but I don't think it had any to do with damage created.

Edit: Realized you were talking about the bushing sleeves not the frame mounts.

No gusseting the mounts would have only made it happen quicker.

I think they meant a gusset around the bushing sleeve?

Most likely, (Just re-read it) and it makes a little more sense, those pivots need thicker wall tubing or gusset for good measure (or both for piece of mind)
