Ok so ive changed spark plugs, changed fuel filter and ive cleaned the MAF sensor and my engine still sucks ass. I don't know what else to do. The truck just doesn't have any power it seems and when you start from a stop it just kinda surges up to speed. So now Im wondering if its perhaps injectors or vacuum lines? Any ideas anybody?

Go check all of your vacume lines, if there is crack in some of them there may be a issue.
Clean you throttle body, run some gas treatment through the tank, seafoam the truck.

Then pull your EFI fuse to reset your ecu. If you still have issues report back
