Do you have a torch with a trigger on it, or how do you do this? My tig came with a pedal, and it's been limiting for some of the stuff i'd like to do

Once I had someone else operate the foot pedal while I laid on my back to weld something. Screaming more more MORE less less more. I thought about making something so I could use my foot while laying down. It was easier to just buy the finger control.

Ive done tig with the pedal between my knees or under a leg, however I also have the machine setup for pulse and ramp down.

For the cooling system it should not be at 27psi especially when its just warming up.

Foot pedal. I just position it where I can operate the pedal easy enough.

www.6061.com offers a pressure sensitive switch for the torch handle. Check that out.

Just wanted to post an update on this thread! I ended up changing the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and hoses on my truck. I refilled it with coolant and it did the same thing - the coolant bubbled in the reservoir after I drove it hot. I filled up the reservoir with water a little bit and it eventually stopped shortly after the fluid change. I have since driven 5k miles on the truck with no overheating issues or fluid leaks. I'm suspecting there is a large air bubble in the system that eventually makes its way out.

Don't really think it could be a head gasket since I've put over 5k miles on it with no overheating.
