    Ok, they fixed the Ignition coil and it works perfect now! :yay:

    It's been broke for 6 months. I've taken it into 3 mechanics and spent over $900 on it. All to get the ignition coil fixed.

    I'm just so glad it's working again. No more walking to work or the store. Or feeling like I'm trapped and getting claustrophobic when it rains or gets super hot outside.

    Here is a pic of the bill they charged me to fix it.

    I am beginning to have the same problem .. not so extreme. The car goes for about 5 minutes and then coughs and fails for a little while. It is 90 plus her at 3500 ft in az so heat may be an issue. I have an 87 22R 4x4 with a 1yr old engine and new carb. but all the stuff surrounding the carb are old old old. Whaat whould be the likely villans?
