I just bought a 2010 Prerunner. I noticed the engine immobilizer light flashes after I shut the engine off. Does this light flash continuously until the key is reinserted? If so, what keeps it from running the battery down?

Normal. No it wont wear your battery down since it's an led and it barely uses any power.

It normal, it would not waste battery. You will be fine.
