    Maybe it's the audio in the video, but to me it just sounds like the normal D4-S cleaning cycle.

    It's been a year now. Truck has almost 50k on the odometer. Every now and then it'll get really noisy, but for the most part no issues at all. I'm assuming it's just the D4-S getting loud. Truck still runs great other than needing to be regeared.

    Dog hair, metaltech 4x4 rocksliders, KBVooDoo bed risers, Smittybilt RTT, 3” spacer lift (Removed!), caliraised ditch lights, amazon rock lights, OVtune, Skewp
    I have OVtune 1.05 on 87, but mine only gets into that ticky cleaning cycle at 500rpm - any amount of throttle or rpm change and the noise goes away

    -unlike your noise, which sounds different. Actually sounds like my cleaning cycle noise plus something else

    i do hate how /every/ single ad for the Tacoma depicts it offroading, but if you bring it in with some mud on it suddenly your warranty is invalid

    Dealer said the same thing for mine. It sounds like a quieter diesel car, but the dealer said it was "normal".
