Would the oil lubricant be feed off the main oil supply? I checked the oil level and it’s fine but the amount that leaked off would suggest it would be low

It could be cumulative, but I’d spot check what it is. Method I taught my kids: white paper towel or napkin - dab som of the fluid. Color? Smells like?
If it’s not oil, likely only two choices - gas or coolant. Default coolant colors are Blue/Orange/Green. If it’s not one of those colors, it’s likely the other.

That pumps price is insane OEM. Secondary is slightly more palatable. Here is a look at the design underneath. Keep in mind this is a high pressure pump, so gas inside pipes is pressured (I don’t recall what Toyota does, most are 100 psi +). Follow whatever bleed procedure.

MY '21 was leaking (and replaced under warranty) at under 9000 miles.

If your nose can smell, and you don't smell gas then its not leaking fuel. That to me looks like a minor oil leak. If it did have a fuel leak, most likely it would be going into the engine oil rather than around the outside.

I agree, that’s typically the way pumps fail. However, it could also be in need of tightening the fuel rail flange. Depends on the fluid. 9/10 just tightening everything resolves. But I’m a teach them to fish kinda guy.
