engine miss

    04 tacoma v6
    i have 2004 tacoma v6 133,000 mi. i have engine miss at lots of different speeds &engine code of 303 (engine miss fire # 3 cylinder) i moved spark plugs around, plug wires, & coil pack to different cylinders and no change in engine code. i think it could be a fuel injector not sure any way to find out without tearing whole engine apart. any other ideas? itired some injector cleaner 2 days ago. at times it acted like it helped & at times it did not.
