Engine Noise on my Tacoma 2.7L

My truck makes a engine noise on cold start. Noise last about 10-30 seconds and it completely goes away. Noise is more profound when my truck sits for 2 days and then I do a cold start. I need help pin pointing where the noise is coming from.

I’ve been told it could be the pullys or the tensionar.

You sure it's not the evap system purge noise? Totally normal.

Definitely not that noise. It’s more like a cranking noise at cold start. Once the truck idles the noise goes away completely and I won’t hear the noise again until the next cold start.
