    Trying to help a friend diagnose his engine issue, not a Tacoma, but it's a 2002 Camry. Here's the video he took. Sound like a pulley to me, but I can't tell, he says it's seems to be coming from the belt/pulley area but can't tell. I want him to pull the belt and run it without to check, but I'm not sure he would be able to do that and he's over 2000 miles away so I can't do it myself.
