Well, you guys may as well add me to the list. I bought a 2019 SRDCSB (4 banger) and it is doing the exact same thing as described in this post. Right now my truck has 350 miles on it. This issue doesn't seem to be getting any worse but it is becoming more annoying to me. I drive on some somewhat hilly long stretches of road so it is pretty obvious to me. I REALLY do like the truck but having to kick it in passing gear every time to stop the shutter/jerking is not normal. I would be interested to hear any updates from you guys with your trucks. I'm really not sure if i should just go straight to Toyota Care or my dealer.

Talked to my dealer this morning, taking it in for a re-flash tomorrow (1/12/19). Otherwise, I am being told that is the way the transmission was designed. So, we'll see.

UPDATE (1/12/19) .....So, my dealer found no recalls or TSB's. Nothing was done. I have an appointment for Monday. The master tech is going to plug in his computer while I drive. He wants to see if he can nail down exactly what gears and rpms it is at when doing this.

I was informed that Toyota is aware there are continuing issues and they are trying to formulate a plan to fix this on all Taco's.

So, I will hopefully have more to report on Monday.
