engine stutter

I recently purchased a 2019 TRD offroad with about 20,000 on it I now have 25,000. I've been experiencing a stutter at low idle it seems to be when it shifts into 3rd (auto trans) under a slight load and slight acceleration, drives me nuts, I hate it. I've tried using premium fuel and it didn't seem to make much difference if any.
I've read that Toyota had recalls on the fuel pump and vin shows that it's been replaced. I've also read that other people have had common issues.
I'm open for suggestions?
P.S. I purchased my truck from a Toyota dealership as a (Toyota Certified Used Vehicle)
I would like to have an idea or suggestions before I take it in or chat with the service department.

 

19 has a drivability update that would be worthwhile. It really helps especially with higher elevation areas. I'd start with that.
