Good lord. You're going to spend way more to do the maintenance than you'd spend just driving it till parts break and then replace them. I've had my 2007 going on 14 years and 210,000 miles. I change the oil every 10K or once/year whichever comes 1st. I used to drive it 20,000-25,000 miles/year, but closer to 10,000/year now.

It still has the factory transmission fluid in it and I'll change that fluid when, or if I have the transmission rebuilt. The factory fluid should be good for at least 400,000 miles and at the rate I'm driving it that will be another 20 years. Changing the fluid as often as you say will literally cost more than having the transmission rebuilt and it won't last any longer.

lolo! Toyotas in Africa or Middle East burn so much oil from the lack of oil changes, they don't need to be changed.

Because the amount of EP (extreme pressure) contact and lubricant volume (I suppose you could call it a ratio) - there will be more wear metals early to get rid of (early) and enhance bearing life. Of course differentials in Africa last billions of miles with no fluid, so even this is overkill, just more justified than other overkill.

OP stick with the filter/oil change every 5k, trans and diff every 30k unless you plain on towing a lot, then adjust.

Stick with what you like, I’ve turned wrenches for over 40 years. I’m sticking with the 5k rule, do 10k if you want. I guarantee if we cracked both engines open at the same time and mileage the 5k would be cleaner. OP sounds like he is finicky about his ride so 5k would fit his needs. But it is your ride so follow what you want.

fyi.. for the cost of your oil analyses, I would rather do an oil change. Hey but that me. Do what makes you happy.

Serious over-kill and a waste of time and $.

I change oil and filter in my 2018 TRD Sport at 5,000 miles (not the recommended 10,000) as I've always changed my '96 Tacoma at 5,000 miles and it has 414,000 trouble-free miles on it and has never had an engine cover off.

Now as far as fluids go, no need to change them more than Toyota recommended intervals if even then. My '96 is 25 years old with 414,000 miles and still has the original 5-speed manual trans oil and it shifts as smooth and quite as when new.

Not really, OP asked for options, that’s my recommendation. Do yours at 10k I really don’t care. Please go turn wrenches for 40+ years professionally then come talk to me not as an fyi’er but as a professional mechanic. It’s your truck do what you want.

With all the funny stuff out the way, I see you want to take care of your machine so I’m here to help.
I see no mention of the air filter here. This is another way dirt and contaminants find their way into your engine. That said, particles in the 10-20 micron range can cause the most damage and wear to an engine.

Also I see no mention of the lowly PCV valve.

I change mine every two years or 20k. This valve maybe spring loaded with small passages that can get clogged and become restrictive to flow and can fail due to fatigue or just plain fail without much notice so I change it.
Replacement It’s not even mention in most manuals anymore for replacement but I change it, so go figure, I really maybe alone and overkill here, but que sera sera!

Vbpiper do what you like, it’s your truck. But I bet your frame will fail way before you will see an issue with your oil. Sorry to say but that’s fact.
