I have a 99 PreRunner SR5 V6 3.4L. Lately if I get on the gas hard, like passing on the interstate, when I let off the gas she wants to stall. It does it in Park, Nuetral, and all gears. If I "tap" on the housing where the TPS is everything returns to normal. I'm having trouble deciding if it's the TPS or the throttle body itself. Does anyone have any suggestions?

try cleaning the throttle body first, then you may be able to spray the tps sensor clean too.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. Any recommendations on the cleaner for the TPS, or will regular contact cleaner do the job?
