I'm also looking into getting some old version Enkei RPT1 16x8 6x139.7 Bolt Pattern +0 Offset 108.5 Bore Matte Dark Gunmetallic Wheel. I found some hub rings in size 106.1mm/108mm. I was curious if the 0.5mm difference would cause any problems. I linked a website where I found some hub rings in this size below.

    https://www.extremeterrain.com/coyote-tacoma-108mm-10610mm-hub-rings-108-1061.html

I found BORA Custom Billet Hub Rings on EBAY. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these as well.

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/254873533730

I appreciate any guidance that can be given.

I don't have hub rings and these rims work perfectly for me. No shaking or wheel vibration at high speeds. I got the OG rims too....

Thanks brother. I guess most people don't need hub rings. I always like to make sure the worst case scenario is less likely to happen. I guess the easiest thing would be to run them without hub rings and if I do get vibration, get some hub rings.

My hub center bore is 110.5. These are the OG rims.

Look at my post here for pictures of the box and rims.

I haven't had a problem with wheel vibration or anything but just wanted to let you know that is my center bore, and haven't had any issues..

That is odd that your wheels have a larger center bore. Did you by chance ever take a digital caliper and actually measure it to verify the 110.5mm? The good news is that they work for you and should work for me as well. I really appreciate your help.

I did not take a digital caliper. I was super happy that the wheels fit well and don't give me any problems. Just make sure the shop balances them right, there is very little clearance on the front brake calipers, will have to use those thin stick on wheel weights on the smooth inside portion of the rim.

I also have been rotating them every 5k miles to minimize tire wear.

So here is my contribution… I finally pull the trigger on some 18” with center caps hoping the face was not as flat as the 17s (Did not find any pictures anywere) and it is not at all!!! They look great and concave! There is an error in enkei’s site with the partnumber for the 18s with center cap. It shows the same PN for the larger bore/non center cap version. Here is the correct part number and a photo of the wheel.
As others have noted with the 16” 528 version, in these 18s the front dust covers do not allow for the center caps to fit.
    Other than that, extremely happy!
Ahh and they only weight 23.45 lbs!

    Gravedigging a bit...

For those running TPMS on these, which did you go with? I just bought OEM Toyota part# 42607-02050 and they don't seem to fit. Any advice?

    Thanks

I do have the same Enkei RPT1 16x8 6x139.7 Bolt Pattern +0 Offset 108.5 Bore rim model (just a different color), but i got the Enkei all road center wheels (ENKEI WHEEL CENTER CAP - ALLROAD RPT1 18X8J) . Unfortunately the center caps are intended to be used with a RPT1 rim with smaller bore (106.5). Will they fit properly if I do install hub centric rims (108/106.5)?

So they do make them in silver… at least in a limited batch. I called Enkei’s main US distribution headquarters in Texas and this is what was told to me. That they make them for our trucks in other colors in Japan, but are not available in the US. Enkei did one run of a few different color batches to test the market over here… I grabbed a set of 18x9’s in silver. You can Google their Texas location for phone number, and they can direct you to select vendors that can get you a set… that is if they aren’t all sold yet. Hope this helps!

Look great!! Those colors actually blend very well together!! Hopefully I will have a set of tires ordered with tax return and I’ll post a pic as well… need to do a few minor suspension adjustments and a CMC to clear the 33’s first.
