Entune & Alexa have dissapeared

    2020 Tacoma - Alexa worked for a while, then stopped. Followed directions from a thread to uninstall 'Toyota' and 'Toyota + Alexa' apps on my iphone, delete personal info from head unit, wait 15 seconds and restart truck and update entune, reinstall both apps and connect. This made it worse as the entire 'infotainment' suite is gone from the head unit. Toyota recomended TSB-0008-19 to the dealer. They also failed at it. Now truck will go back to dealer again, with a possible head unit replacement. Even though I use Carplay 90% of the time, I still want it right. Anyone else?
