Entune and iPhone issue

Hello all just leased my first Tacoma love the vehicle but do to it not having CarPlay I’m trying to search for a solution for the issue of the phone locking and requiring my passcode or Face ID if someone texted me. I can’t disable the auto lock do to it being a company phone if anyone has figured this issue out I would be grateful for any information thanks

 

...if it’s a company phone it is probably under enterprise device management. Meaning they probably have options disabled for a user. No real/lawful way around this.

 

Ask your company's IT department. They enjoy solving problems and are super helpful/friendly.

It will allow me to send a text but when I go to read on it says my phone is locked

Have maps navigate somewhere so the screen stays unlocked then just switch apps when necessary

Or open something else that keeps it from sleeping
