Entune Apps stopped working

This past week my Entune Apps stopped working..

I unlinked my phone and re linked ... x4

I deleted and reloaded the phone app x2

" You must have an app running on your phone..."


Anyone else having trouble..

 

Just to cover the basics, did you double check that the app is running and you are signed in on the app?

 

I had the dealer reset the system and that cleared it up. My entire unit would also shut off, the reboot 3 times for no reason. They also did another update. It has been much better since.

 

Yup, it's running ... and I'm signed in.. (and I restarted the phone a few times too..)

 

I'm having this same issue, I may stop by the dealer this week and see what they say. Just weird that I've been using it all this time and now suddenly Entune doesn't want to connect with the truck.

 

I get the same message. Pandora worked and now nothing does.

 

I really wish Toyota would suck up their pride and use Apple Car Play and Android Auto.

 

You can call Toyota about this and they will say they have no record of this being a common problem, even though it is. No fix is in the works and they told me to bring my truck to the dealer to look at. We all know how that will go...

 

I couldn't agree with this more. The wife has it in her car and it works very well.

 

Does anyone know if the IPHONE 8 will work with Entune. I thinking about upgrading to a IPHONE8 but I am a bit concerned that the 8 may have problems with Entune apps.

 

I'm waiting to see what IOS 11 does to iPhone and Entune..

 

Justas sudden as it went away ... Entune is back...

just hope it's stable...

 

What’re you going to use more? iPhone or entune?

 

Just got and iPhone 8 and entunes stopped working.
The phone links to HD and the app says connected in the settings. But it doesn’t get that blank screen it used to get once connected.
My messages are working to perfection like never before.

Mine seems to be logging me out each time and I might not be seeing it but is there an option to stay logged in?
