The Entune audio system (radio/camera/cd) failed recently and will not operate. It only displays a white screen upon power up. (So as to not delete battery, I've removed the 20A fuse). In my research I came up with a part niumber of 86140-04040 as a compatible replacement. I called the dealership parts dept. and was quoted $4,209 for replacement, however, was also advised that the service department conducts tests and may provide a credit towards the $4K cost.
    - Has anyone gone thru this experience before?
The person in the parts department also indicated that the part number is actually 86140-04130. I'm unclear as to whether these are compatible units for my 2014 model.

I'm pretty technical and mechanically inclined and do a lot of my own work and typically like to keep cars stock so I've been searching for replacement systems on-line thru sources such as EBay or elsewhere that I'll install myself. I'm open to considering alternative after market systems but the ones I've seen on line appear to have issues with connecting to the back-up camera.
    - I would welcome anyone who has knowledge, experience or expertise in this area.

Bumping an old thread. I would just replace with aftermarket.

Pioneer 6600nex is a popular choice. Trailgridpro has several options from Sony and others that are prewired for your application too.

OP hasn't been here since Jan 22.

The smart play is an aftermarket unit with modern touches such as Android Auto and CarPlay. The OE unit wasn't anything worth being a fan of anyway.
