I uploaded some custom images for startup and power off. The startup sequence is the Toyota logo screen, the custom startup image screen, the "Drive safely..." screen, then on to normal functions. Can I eliminate the "Drive safely..." screen? (Yeah it goes off after a few seconds on its own, but still...) I have an Entune Plus basic system, the apps don't work with it if that matters.

I have to power off the screen to see the shutdown image, so it's basically a useless function. meh

You cannot get rid of the driver safety screen. It is a safety feature that protects Toyota from being held liable

Does anyone know if this is available on the 2020's? I've yet to find a way to customize the splash screens
