you reset by holding down the power button?

Yes tried to pull battery, tried to hold down the volume button, I even downloaded the entune update on a jump drive and plug it in. But none of the other buttons work. :/

Under warranty still? Take it in. Something else I'd try that shouldn't take too long would be to unplug the head unit and plug it back in. The trim piece that goes around the head unit just pulls off and there are only 4 bolts holding the head unit in. Really easy. Don't know if that would do anything but its simple enough to try.

Lucky for me the warranty expired 17 days ago. I tried to pull it out of the dash and hook it back up and nothing. Still frozen. Uhg. I just tried to reset with and without sd card.

I’m on my third head unit. Had constant problems with them freezing up on me. I found that when it did it, I could use my steering wheel controls and it would unfreeze it.
