Not me, I am happy to have the phone work. Want to get into depth with the system, but so far there isn'y much to get in depth with. Last week was heading about 40 miles from for a bosses birthday lunch, the location was built about a year ago. Not in the system, glad I had my Garmin with me

I wish Apple would create an automotive version of their OS and license it to manufacturers. A usable interface would be great. This one seems pretty clunky.

Quick question about using the USB input for playback of music on a thumb drive. I tried looking for compatible music formats but couldn't find anything. I am going to assume that MP3's work just fine. In any case I have a 32GB thumb drive that i formatted NTFS and then put folders of music pn in the root of the drive. Nothing showed up on Entune. So I thought maybe it didn't like the folder structure so I pulled the music out of the folders and just put all of the songs on the root of the thumb drive.

EDIT: Solved this by formatting the drive FAT32

Yep, has to be formatted FAT32 anytime you put want to use a thumb drive with the system.

Can anyone replicate this issue on their Entune unit? I have an iPhone 5 connected via bluetooth with all latest updates installed both on the truck and phone. I am unable to change the ringtone or call volume. See the video below.

Odd, I'll give this a go when I get home tonight. I am also running the iPhone 5 with latest updates.

I tested and I was able to change the settings. I was in park if that makes a difference.

I'm also unable to change the volume of the ringtone. I have a 2013 and my phone is a galaxy s3. Ringtone volume is stuck at 20/20 and is incredibly loud. If anyone has any solutions I'd love to try it out. I tried lowering the volume from the steering wheel controls as other posts have mentioned with no luck.

I had this issue and one day, out of frustration, I just spun the volume knob down very aggressively while the phone was ringing and it miraculously started lowering the volume. Dont know if that's the right way, but it worked on my '12 with entune.

On another note, anyone heard of an Entune update on the horizon?

Figured out the fix yesterday evening. When your phone is ringing, press down in the power button and this unlocks the capability to adjust the volume. Without doing that the volume can be stuck at full blast with no any to change it through controls or the settings menu. After that it should work through the controls and settings menus.

If you have an iPhone you have to use the hot spot to get Entune to work WITHOUT the cord. This is something that you have to have added to your plan OR be jailbroken. Otherwise the option will not show up on your iphone.

Also I was in park when I posted the video of being able to change the volume settings for bluetooth. And the Pandora app on the Entune is GARBAGE!!! Better to just run Pandora from your phone and stream over bluetooth

Pandora works great with my android phone but I guess the iPhone has had some hiccups the entire time entune has been available.

Are you referring to running Pandora from your phone and then streaming to your Entune via bluetooth or using your phones data connection and running the Pandora app from Entune? The latter of the 2 is GARBAGE!!! The sound is absolutely terrible.

Either one works fine for me. I use the Entune dash for Pandora all the time. Maybe it's my service area but it works great for me. That and Iheat work good.

Steaming the iPod through the Bluetooth sounds great for me . I just wish the pandora worked the same without being plugged into the aux .
