I use the Pandora app on my iphone via bluetooth (sounds better to me) and it would pause whenever I connected to the built-in USB for charging. Now I use a flush, dual USB 12V adapter instead. It's also powerful enough to charge an ipad. My only complaint is that the 12V socket cover is ugly when open all the time. I may try to remove the cover at the hinge.

Hmm, so I guess the behavior is intentional on Toyota's part. Still doesn't make sense to me, but I guess I'll have to live with the workarounds. I have one of those 12V USB chargers from my old car. I was hoping I could just use the built in USB jack because, like you said, the open socket is an eye sore.

Last night I upgraded the ROM on my Android from JellyBean to KitKat and now my messaging via Entune works. Just a heads up for other Android users.

That might not last. Did the same and messaging started working. Then my phone a week later started refusing to pair with the HU. I deleted the phone from the HU and repaired. Hasn't worked since.

I installed a sub and an amp to my entune system and now the XM Radio button on the "Audio" section of the touch screen is gone. I have no clue what to do? please help if you have ever had this problem or have any clue on what to do. I have tried to figure out how to reset it or update the entune but have had no luck finding the zip file. Its a 2014 taco. the number on the entune is 57090, I'm assuming that is the model number of it.

Did you add a line level convertor for your RCA connectors on the amp? Or hook up to the wrong wire for remote turn on Maybe you tapped into the wrong wire

You're right... having issues now. One being that when I would receive a message the whole head unit would reboot. I'm running SlimKat.

    OK. I did a '14 non JBL w/ Entune & nav.

EVERYTHING works, but I cannot figure out how to physically connect my iPhone with entunes.

I sourced a VIN from FLtrucks, it worked with creating the account on my phone, but it will not let me connect to the vehicle.

    Any ideas?

Your iphone won't connect with entune unless you plug your phone into the USB port with your lightning to usb plug make sure entune is installed on your phone and open it one your plugged in it will ask you if you want to enable the phone for internet click yes then your set enjoy
I had same issue when I went from a android to iphone my android didn't need any cable to make it work but I hated the phone my iphone is awesome this is the only negative point so far but I guess it charges my phone so that's ok
    Hope this helps

Just upgraded my 2012 from 2.1 to 3.2. Upgrade process worked flawlessly. Thanks. I haven't noticed a difference but I don't use it to it's full potential either.

Has anyone figured out how to delete preset stations rather than just over write them?

I have a 2014 AC and I am trying to figure out how to get Pandora to work. I press the Bluetooth Audio button as a source and nothing happens. It just brings up the settings screen that asks me if I want to access my phone as both a phone and as the source of my music. Um. Yeah. I do.

On my '13, you don't use the bluetooth button. You go to apps and choose Pandora. The radio will then connect to the internet through your phone as long as the entune app is running on the phone.
