Ok...got my fancy new Nav radio last night (thanks FLTrucks!), everything works great...BUT the apps aren't working. Details below...

    - the radio did connect with Entune and do the mandatory update and I can see all the new buttons for OpenTable, Pandora, etc.

-the radio connects flawlessly to the Bluetooth on my phone every time, for voice calling and music.

-this morning, I click the Weather app, and I get the "no HD service" error message.

-Clicking Pandora results in a "Must have Entune app open on phone" message.

-I have opened the Entune app on my phone several times, but it goes straight to the screen with all the apps within, not the "Connected" screen.

-turning radio and/or phone on and off has not helped.

    -iPhone 5.

Clearly, I am doing something wrong. What is it?

Is your phone plugged into the truck's USB port? Or are you connecting via BT?

When you open the entune app on your phone did you sign in? You have to have a registered entune account fot it to work AND signed in on your phone before it will work.

Doing it via BT. And I am signed in on the iPhone app. Just walked out and tried it again. It worked. It seems to work as long as the phone is in the truck when I start the engine. But if I remote start it, it won't connect once I get in, and I can't figure out a way to manually connect it. It connects fine for BT audio and phone functions, but no data.

I have to open the Entune app on my phone and then plug it into the cable. I have an iPhone 6, but my truck is a 2013. There are a bunch of Entune haters on here, but I really like mine. I use the traffic every morning and find that it works well. My only issue is that we have a ton of new/rebuilt roads in Dallas and Entune doesn't keep up with that. Google/Waze somehow manage to know what's going on.
