Entune phone book

I just purchased a 2020 Tacoma sr5. It has the entune without navigation. My issue is with using my iPhone 12 to make phone calls. Whenever I make a call it asks for one or two. It seems that my phone book has a duplicate number for every contact. I’ve tried un pairing from the radio and repair with the same effect. My phone still shows only one contact per and not duplicates, just on the radio itself.

 

Mine does that too. 2017

 

My problem is pictures don’t always match. Not that big of a deal until it puts my sister on my wife’s contact...

 

Hahaha. Didn’t fix it for 2020 I guess. I’ll keep trying other avenues and let you know if I get anywhere.
