Entune plus home screen question

I picked up a 2014 entune plus radio for my 07. When I have the audio source as FM it shows song info (title artist ect...). When I push the home button all I get is the radio symbol and two horizontal lines. Is there a way I can get the song name/ artist there as well?

I have entune premium JBL system and only get pictures when on a HD radio station. Do not get picture on home screen unless your running only 2 screens.

 

you have to have it in two screen mode and be on an HD station that is broadcasting album artwork information - lots of variables to consider - So far I haven't not seen it work at all here in San Antonio, almost all our stations are HD but they do not broadcast the gracenote info for the songs they are playing

 

Do you get the info on the single radio screen? I'm not receiving hd so that could be it. I get the song info on the single just not on the two screen mode

 

I get info and pic on single and double screen,but not when I have have three screens. Again,only when a HD radio station is present.
