Entune Plus Radio 510079 with cover and brackets OEM 86140-04040 with gps antenna and xm tuner

So the XM antenna needs to have a clear view but I guess the GPS antenna doesn't?

I have seen so many factory GPS antenna pictures of OEM parts that seem to be mounted to a metal plate that just bolts under or over the head unit.

What gives?

 

So if you have a 12 Tacoma that already gas the XM and shark fin on the roof would this radio work?

I had installed a 13 touch screen which works well but I do miss the XM and speech recognition. Thinking of going to the 14-15.

 

Do you know what adapter is required and where to purchase? Also do you have a link to an install? I did a quick search and could find any info. Thanks
