Entune premium head unit keeps cycling off/on.

The entune system on my '19 OR-DBCB keeps powering off & on again. it wont stay on for more than a couple minutes before it powers off and on again. From some testing it seems like it happens when my phone is connected via bluetooth. (if i shut off bluetooth it doesnt seem to happen, but i need to test it longer to be sure). I updated my iphone 8 to ios 13 about 5 days ago and everything was fine for a few days before this issue arose. anyone having issues, specifically after updating an iPhone to IOS 13?
