Entune Premium update questions

I have a call tomorrow with one of their executive team members. I have gone back in forth to demonstrate a good faith effort. Since they have an arbitration clause, I might as well take advantage of it and will request that they pay the filing fee and arbitration fees as the EULA stipulates.

I filed a warranty claim and submitted a complaint with the NTSB which asked for all information I could provide. The purpose of that was to ensure I could provide public/regulatory commentary on any settlement or judgement reached.

We will see. I asked for an "as good or better feature" to replace Pandora.

Don't know dude, I personally never used that app. I think people are more bummed that features the truck are solid with are being removed. They really should just update it to have Carplay/Auto and be done with it.

First they came for Pandora, and I did not speak up because I use Spotify
Then they came for the movie tickets app, and I did not speak up because I don't but movie tickets that way.
If they come for Bluetooth, I'm breaking someone's nose.

Has anyone had the issue to where the radio will just reboot itself while driving? It mainly happens when I make a call, the screen will go black and basically restarts like when you start up the truck?? I told the dealer about it but they just wanted me to leave the truck there for them to look at it.

This happens to me at least once a week, I'd like to take the truck into the dealer, however there's no solid repro steps, so they probably wouldn't be able to do anything.

Exact same thing happened to me yesterday. It has not happened in 2 years, since the firmware update I got from a TSB. The recent update definitely tweaked something.
