Hi, I just bought a 2015 Tacoma with Entune. I am trying to put the Entune app on my phone. When I enter the VIN, both manually and by taking a picture it says something to the effect of "the VIN you have entered is invalid. Please check to ensure you have typed your VIN correctly and the vehicle you are trying to register is Entune-capable."

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Thx

    Your radio isn't Entune.

Mine has the app button and I ran into the same message with the app. I believe that app is for the models above the standard entune (gps/nav models)

There are multiple levels of Entune. The app seems not to work with the base version.
