ENTUNE Radio Reset

I have a 2015 DblCab TRD Sport and the Entune Radio seems to shut down randomly and then come back on. Of course dealer says they can't do anything about it because it doesn't happen during the short period at the dealership. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this reset issue and whether they know what is causing it and the fix. Thx>>AJ

 

Have the dealer check the firmware and make sure it's up to date. Mine was out of date and the update that toyota pushed out gave me some issues, including the radio randomly restarting. It was fine for a month, but for some reason, it restarted a few times last saturday.
