    Just got back from the dealer and they did a software update to fix the lock up and reboot problems. Its the JBL nav system.....f.y.i.

    Did you go specifically because of this?

    I just picked up a used 2014 and its been acting stupid on me. I didnt buy at a Toyota dealer so not sure how this is handled

    Yes, the unit was locking up and rebooting at least two or three times a week. its June 14 and all is well...........

    Wheels, tires, mud flaps, etc.
    If you have the JBL edition you can try downloading the free Toyota Entune app for your phone. Once you connect the vehicle to the phone it can download updates that way. Good luck!
