Why not just get an aftermarket set up that has all of this plus plays DVDs for less than $1k They can take their $2k entune and shove it.

I like it so far. Only weirdness is it doesn't seem to want to stay sync'd for music with my iPad and my Droid at the same time. I gotta go back over the manual, its gotta be operator error, haha.

Otherwise, I really like rolling with Pandora and iPod, totally wi-free!

I passed, typically high end factory systems only provide so much performance and then its mo money... I decided on putting in my own setup, I'll do it one piece at a time and some money and time will go into sound deadening, I'll get exactly what I want this way.

I love my entune!! Voice recog works great, nav works great, never had a single blutooth issue either.

For me it all comes down to the money. Bottom line it is expensive and most likely you will be disappointed with the functionality of the Entune. You will def have the thought cross your head "Was this really worth it?"...that for me is a no go

It also is factory -- so it looks like it belongs unlike a lot of the aftermarket face plate kits. Hoping as ENTUNE gets updates it will be even more functionally integrated with your phone.

I bought a 2012 without Entune/Nav. I figured I'd save the money and use it towards the puchase of a cap.

I couldn't get it when I ordered my truck because Toyota doesn't offer it if you want a manual transmission. To me, that makes absolutely no sense. What does a transmission have to do with the radio? But, based on what I've read here, sounds like maybe I'll be better without it.

They know people who buy manual transmissions are cheap, thus don't offer it.
