TRD OR access cab 4x4

My 2020 Prius Prime came with Entune installed but it quite working and is no longer "compatible with my vehicle" based on response when I enter the VIN number. I assume Entine has been replaced with the Toyota app but I can no longer use the map function. Now, every time I turn the car on I get an Entune error message and I have found no way to remove the app suite from the vehicle computer
