For the last few months my bluetooth has been disconnecting phone calls after a few minutes of conversation. It has finally reached a point that I am looking to get this resolved. Read several other threads with people having the same issue. It is an Apple phone. In an attempt to correct I installed the most recent IOS update, 14.0.1, and unpaired the phone. Still no luck. Does anybody know wtf is going on or how to fix this. Super annoying.

It is an iPhone problem that is well documented. Try it with an Android phone if you van or even a tablet with bluetooth. Had the same problem and I had to network reset my phone several times to get it to work. Good luck as it is frustrating.

    CHEVERLY my service dog! Lol
I have had this and other ongoing issue with the JBL head unit every time there is either an Entune or iPhone update. Sometimes it works, sometimes it starts working a month down the road. APple and Entune are not working together that I am aware of. I gave up on it. For example when using the Waze GPS app I use to allow me to play music via iHeart radio. When the gps would speak it would mute the radio but now the gps won’t speak at all and if it does it’s so low you can’t hear it. These issues ping pong back and forth and spent weeks working with Entune support only to find no known solutions that are repeatable. I went ahead and just bought a 7” GPS and only use the radio for iHeart. Going to move to another head unit in the future.
