Picked it up from the shop yesterday! I didn't have any time to work on it yesterday but I did a ton to it today!

New bumper (got it color matched while it was in the shop too), left tail light, tailgate, hitch and plug.

I painted the emblems and put on the State of Jefferson decal today.

Got my color matched grille while it was in the shop and finally got it on. Painted the emblem and radiator as well.

Finally got the Scosche dash kit to replace the Metra POS.

And finally I painted my window control panels

Updated some pictures today. Yesterday I painted the speaker mesh, finished properly mounting my toolbox, and added a hose clamp tailgate theft deterrent.

My 10g steel skid should be in on wednesday, bed mat on tuesday, TRD shifter knob and door sill protectors sometime this week.

I've been looking into what I want to do for my lift, tires, exhaust, and sliders the past couple days. Those are gonna be the big mods that I still have. So far I'm looking at the Toytec Ultimate 3" kit, 285/75/16 General Grabbers AT2s, ICON UCAs, Magnaflow Cat-back exhaust, and BAMF sliders. Any input on these items would be greatly appreciated.

Today I setup my LED DTRLs and rear turn signals, put on my TRD shifter knob, and my AVS step shields.

You mind sharing where you found avs step shields for access cab? Model Number? Nobody can find them and double cabs don't fit the front correctly. You'll be a hero to at least 2, maybe 3 of us!

Do they curl up on both ends, or is one end flat. I can't see the ends in this picture. The double cab version has curled up ends to match the door frame, which we lack at one end in the access cab. Thanks for your help!

Yeah they curl up on both ends but it hasn't been a problem for me. If you don't like the curl you could always trim one end of it too.

Yeah I did the install myself.

    1. Use the Scosche dash kit NOT the other one.
    2. Use the metal brackets from the original stereo not the plastic ones that come with the Scosche.
    3. Run any of the extra wiring (blu-tooth, ipod cable etc) first.

And lastly, do your best to tuck all the wiring as far back and to the sides before putting the deck in. It's a VERY tight fit and if you don't it will push the deck and make it sit incorrectly with the dash kit which in turn will keep it from opening.

Any other questions feel free to ask!

I have most of the hardware, where did you get the wiring? Also, did you mat the doors, rear wall? If so, what areas are a must?
