Erratic Alarm Chirping

I’ve got a 2012 Tacoma with a factory alarm installed (Rockledge in Orange County, CA) that has recently started having issues with the alarm chirping. At random the alarm will chirp erratically without anything provoking it. I’ll hit the disarm button and sometimes it won’t do it again for hours, but sometimes it does it again after a few minutes.

I’ve changed the batteries in both fobs and also changed the truck battery, but still no luck. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
