07 Tacoma V6 4x4 Manual Trans.

Hi
I have a Bluetooth Bosch Mobile Scan device and my ‘07 Tacoma had a check engine light on. The Mobile Scan is showing an error code P022 “intake (A) cam shaft position over retarded (Bank 2)”

is this a serious problem?

how do I fix it?

if I erase the code and continue to drive will it harm the vehicle?
