    Does this look right?

The instructions make it look like the old outer shell and bushing should extend past the end of the control arm and mine is flush.

You still need to install the sleeve, correct?

Did mine recently and no issues. Seems the bushings will migrate a little, mine tried to back out some from grease pressure I guess. Did you clean the metal shell out good? I used a bit of gray scotch brite and shined it some. Put the sleeve in the bushing and a little more pressure on it. I used a padded wood vise to help press them and the sleeve in. Just checked mine and they stick out a little. Don't see grease on yours, it was beading out all around on mine and still is. Use the stuff liberally.

A little of that prothane grease goes a looong way but i greased the sh*t out of the bushings amd sleeves. I cleaned the outer shell with a dremmel after spending way too much time trying to clean by hand with emery cloth. I scored one up pretty bad before I got the hang of it I hope that doesn’t chew up the bushing. But once the control arm was torqued down the bushing extends past the end of the control arm and looks more like the drawing so I think that part is Ok. This was part of a much larger project, I replaced LCAs, inner and outer TREs, upper and lower BJs and sway bar end links. I still need to get the alignment cams back to the matchmarks I made prior to tearing everything down and adjust the toe and I’ll be ready to get a real alignment.
