Going through some old pics and found some of when I first lifted it (daystar spacer lift). It was scratchless and sparkly. Definitely more of an offroad machine now but here are a few pics to compare.

So I'm thinking about removing my doors and mobbing around that way for a while . Of course all valuables will be out of the vehicle. And it should be easy since I dont have auto locks or auto windows.

Has anyone else mobbed around this way?

If I dont get any responses i'll probably make a new thread about it.

good point. But I got a lot of time right now and not enough money to spend on something perfect so this may be temporary just for the experience. And I know of some trails where this would prevent door smashing

it can be fun. I've gone doorless up in scott valley where no one is worried about vandals or theft. Windy days suck though, majorly. I don't enjoy driving on the highway without the doors, constant wind beating.

u need special ones. I wanna say "Snoopie" bumpstops are an option but stock ones wont work. I may be wrong on the name of the bumpstops, but I do know they make special bumpstops for the flip kit or you can modify the stock ones I believe.

And thanks! and thanks for lookin'

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1. Relentless fab rear base bumper - sold

    2. Bedsides in fair condition - fenders removed and a few scratches and small dents - $100 OBO

    3. Bed in very good condition - $200 OBO

    4. 4 Cleats, 2 tiedowns, 3 rails ($200)

    5. Tailgate $100 in good condition - sold

    6. Bedside storage boxes - $30 each

Pics here: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...ate-bedsides-bed-cleats-more.html#post6006726 . I will have the bumper pics up tomorrow.

I'm located in Martinez and local pickup is preferred and we can work out a deal.

If these items arent getting any bites after a few days, Im afraid most of it's going to the dump or a salvage yard because my dad doesnt want it sitting on the side of his house.

    BTW I'm flat-bedding my truck. Thanks, Erik (707) 365-1906

Started the flatbed build today. It's looking great so far - better than I thought it would  . Excited to see the final outcome. I got this new storage toolbox for it too. Enjoy the build progress pics :)

Sorry but I can't get the pics to be full size (my gf downloaded a new web browser and I don't like it). So now you gotta click the small pics to make them full size.
