Bumper/cover needs to be replace for proper/ lasting repair. It won't look good or last being repaired.

You can try dent repair (not a body shop), they should be able to push the dent out and buff the paint, but it won’t look perfect unless you replace the bumper or repaint. Most shops can provide a quote over email if you send the picture. I would guess $300-400 for your dent.

That bumper is 100% repairable, there are no tears or breaks in it. A body tech will use a heat gun to push it back into shape, then using a flexible body filler smooth it out. Headlight will need a replacement unfortunatly.

I would say to get OEM parts and a good quality repair your looking at around $2500ish.

You could source the headlight yourself used, aftermarket, or on sale for much less. Remove the bumper yourself and take it to a body shop, they should be able to fix and paint it for under $1k.
